What Is This?

Amirite is your place to share your opinions about life, love, people and anything else you want. People will vote and comment on what you post to let you know if they agree or disagree.

This website is based on the idea of FMyLife where anybody can go and post their life stories and others can rate them up or down. We took that concept and applied it to a popular internet meme "amirite", meaning "am I right?".

What Do I Do?

Each post has two buttons at the bottom: "Yeah You Are!" and "No Way". If you agree with what the person has said, click "Yeah You Are!". If you disagree, click "No Way". The score shown next to each post is the number of "Yeah You Are"s minus the number of "No Way"s.
To make a post just click 'add your own' and write what you want. You don't need to create an account or even give your name. Just post something original.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Do I need an account to post?
  No, you don't. Anybody can post, comment and vote without having an account. However there are additional features only available to those with an account. See here for more information.
• Why are my votes disappearing?
  If you do not have an account, your vote is stored with your IP address. With many ISPs, your IP address will change regularly, therefore you will not be able to see what you have voted for. The solution to this is to create an account. If you are logged in, your votes are stored with your account, not your IP address.
