People who are uninterested in love aren't miserable, amirite?

to me, there are two "types" of single by choice people. the ones who are focused on their career, friendships, hobbies, and have a "full, healthy life", and their general disposition is that of a happy person. then there are the ones who are socially isolated, don't have many friends, don't get out much mix and their "happiness" seems more that they've sort of accepted a life of loneliness and their general disposition is that of a sad person.

You can have a full life without a romantic partner. You can have a full life without kids. Life is just what happens. Maybe they wanted it once, then let it go, but maybe they are happier without that. AND THAT IS OKAY!

I think it's kinda hard to, especially as your own friends get romantic partners and kids. Then you end up spending all time alone mostly unless you find a circle of eternally single people. People with families generally aren't worth spending time with with how often they aren't around.

Depends on the age and maturity. In my 20's I had no interest and was stone cold toward finding a career. I was miserable because I was so hard on myself when I had the best opportunities to find a relationship. Now I regret it.
